Order Processing All orders are processed within 8–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier services. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R1000. Orders below R1000 will be charged a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [littlenestlingss@gmail.com]. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Important Note We take great care in packaging all baby products to ensure they arrive safely. If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section at checkout.
